Please continue to bring donations for Northwood Community Center Pantry: Non-Perishable Foods (sugar, cooking oil, canned meat, mustard, ketchup, etc.), Cleaning Products and Personal Items (shampoo, deodorant, sanitary supplies, dental supplies, etc.). Please place your donations on the designated table in the Parish Hall.
**** It’s the time of the year to support those families at Shadybrook and Oak View Elementary Schools in need of assistance over the summer via our Chefherds for Lambs program. As has been done for the past 14 years, we are seeking donations from the congregation to pay for such non-SNAP benefits as laundry detergent, toilet paper, or diapers, if needed. These are items that food stamps don’t cover. Donations may be made in cash, by check, payable to the church or on-line with the same notation. All donation methods must be marked Chefherds for Lambs. The suggested donation this year is $35.00 per person or $65.00 per family. However, any amount will be gratefully accepted. Collection will occur April 27th through May 18th. Thank you very much for your generosity and support of this outreach ministry. *****
